Car had been parked outside the same house in the Tenters area of the Liberties in Dublin's south inner city for those 60 years.
Built by Brittains in Portobello less than 2 miles from where it resided, from a CKD kit
Sold new by Murphy and Gunn of Rathgar - original receipt on file showing cost of £371 and 5 shillings.
The 1926 Census reveals the owner was born in 1922 and lived in that house all her life. Her father was a Cooper in thr nearby Guinness brewery.
Car starts and moves though brakes are semi seized. All electrics appear to work though battery need replacing. There is broken key blade in drivers door lock though it can be turned with a screw driver!.
