The 3199cc 6-cylinder engine 24-valve engine produces 228bhp and 310Nm rated torque to achieve a top speed of 140mph and 0-60mph in 8.9 seconds. The engine bay is immaculate in presentation and displays all factory plates, labels and stickers. The four-speed automatic transmission is perfect in operation and features Sport and Economy modes.
 

This opulent flagship model S-Class Saloon is finished in beautiful Impala Brown. The exceptional paintwork boasts a stunning high polished shine and uniform finish. The beautifully finished trim sections and detailing are immaculate including the iconic three-pointed star bonnet ornament which depicts the makers inspiration to make engines to dominate land, sea and air, (the three points). Close scrutiny reveals nothing other than 2 tiny pin dents and some delamination to the edges of the front and rear screens. Paint is also missing off the left front jacking point cover.

Innovative features include the Parktronic guide rods. Furthermore, the W140 series was the first car in the world to feature as standard double glazed side windows! This low mileage and pampered example will delight the enthusiast seeking unspoilt Mercedes-Benz excellence.

The pristine interior of this luxury Mercedes-Benz is simply wonderful. Trimmed in original brown cloth the upholstery to the seats and door trim is in remarkable condition with no visible markings or wear whatsoever. The headlining is some sag to the very rear which is pinned up but is otherwise in good condition and the carpets have been protected from new by genuine velour Mercedes-Benz over mats. The beautifully made fascia and switchgear is perfect and absolutely all interior equipment functions with the exception of the time clock. The heater blower is noisier than it should be. A small trim section is apparently missing to front of the centre armrest. The first aid kit housed in the rear shelf compartment is untouched.
 

Car comes with one key fob in working order. The owners wallet is present though the actual instruction manual is not. The service book is there and contains  17 stamps up to 78,000 miles. Hancock tyres dated 2022 fitted to the 8 hole alloys.

This is a car I imported myself a couple of years ago and to sold to a gentleman in the south west of the country who has pampered and enjoyed it and has now upgraded to a Mercedes SL320. I collected the car off him and had a wonderful 150 mile spin home
