This 1994 C140-generation Mercedes-Benz 600 SEC is a highly original example of the rare and luxurious modern classic grand tourer.
The first V12-powered coupe to be offered by Mercedes-Benz, the C140-generation 600SEC was first introduced in 1993. The following year, the model was renamed as the S600 Coupé, which was in turn became the CL600 in 1996.
Under the bonnet is the smooth 6.0-litre ‘M120’ V12, which produces around 402bhp and drives the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.
This UK-market example is believed to be one of 307 produced worldwide, only a handful of which are still on UK roads today.
